Fix AI

A planned repair assistant that will help you narrow a symptom down to a likely diagnosis and point you at the right verified guide. It is not switched on yet — nothing on this page performs a diagnosis.

“My iPhone 14 died after a screen swap. No display, but it charges.”

Fix AI will answer questions like this by citing platform guides and asking for measurements — never by inventing steps. Until it launches, this box is illustrative only.

How it will work

Grounded in trusted platform content

Fix AI is designed on top of the repair knowledge graph, not on open-ended guessing.

Symptom to diagnosis

It walks the graph — model, component, symptom, diagnosis — and asks for the measurement that separates likely causes.

Cites verified guides

Every suggestion links to a published guide or course from a verified expert, so you can check the source.

Refuses unsafe work

High-voltage, mains and lithium pack questions get routed to safety guidance and human experts, not step-by-step instructions.

Safety first — Critical risk

High-energy lithium packs or mains electricity. Fire and electrocution hazard — expert-level only, with a fire-safe workspace and PPE. Stop if you are unsure.

Honest about limits

An assistant cannot see your board or smell a burnt component. Fix AI will always end at a human expert or a documented guide for anything irreversible.
