Record the actuation count and the exact error code. Err 20 with a partially closed blade is mechanical; intermittent black frames can also be a flex fault.

Detach the screen assembly and rear shell, tracking every screw length.

Free the shutter block
Disconnect the shutter flex and remove the retaining screws in a diagonal pattern.

Fit the new shutter
Install the replacement without touching blades or sensor glass.
