DJI Mini 3 Pro gimbal flex replacement
Fix shaky footage and gimbal overload warnings by replacing the creased yaw-arm ribbon.

Diagnostic notes
Power on with the gimbal unlocked and watch which axis stalls. A yaw stall with intermittent camera signal is the classic creased-ribbon signature.

Repair steps

Remove the battery and props
Take out the intelligent pack and remove propellers to avoid accidental spin-up.

Open the nose shell
Remove the T2 screws around the gimbal housing and lift the shell without stressing the ribbon.

Release the gimbal
Disconnect the flex at the flight controller and free the gimbal cradle from its dampers.

Swap the flex
Route the new ribbon exactly as the original, with the same slack at the yaw arm.

Reassemble and calibrate
Reassemble, then run gimbal auto-calibration and IMU calibration on a level surface.

Test flight check
Hover low in an open area and check horizon level and video stability before normal use.
